Alternator died on me so I got a newer improved one and a new battery- problem solved. I turned up the idle 'just cuz' i wanted more power from start-to-stop....

/ sammie powell, from jax. fl. dthe car is great on gas as long as you do your p.m. on it. i had no major problems for the first 2 years but have since developed an ugly oil leak in 2 major seals for no apparent reason. had to replace timming belt because it got saturated with oil and gave out on me....
